As the consequence of running a successful party series together, Rohan and Naphta originally formed Bassbin Recordings in 2000. Beeing one of Irelands very first drumandbass labels, the imprint soon became well known for presenting it's very unique and different sound that was untouched by the often short-lively trends and hypes of the London drumandbass scene. From the first release on Bassbin created it's very own identity by giving talents like Beta 2 & Zero Tolerance an opportunity to release their early tunes.

Today, Bassbin is one of the most respected imprints in the dumandbass scene. Besides Bassbin itself, the label family now also consist of Breakin, Looney Tunes and Solas Recordings, which all have their focus on breaky, deep and dubby music. With regular releases by artists like Breakage, Calibre and Digital on the one hand and the massive success of the labels very own Zero Tolernace and Beta 2 on the other, Bassbin is one of the top labels to look out for in 2004!
